Other Flash work
We didn't start out doing quizzes - we did lots and lots of work with Flash. CD-ROMs, screensavers, banner ads, polls, page counters, animations, cartoons - we did the lot. And (if the project is worthwhile and / or interesting) we'll happily go back to our roots and tackle other Flash work. Just get in touch and share your idea.
Flash is certainly the king for rich Internet content. But, you know, it's got a couple of less well known allies that allow Flash to do even more interesting things.
Zinc allows Flash out to play - out of the browser, that is, and onto the desktop. Zinc turns Flash movies into fully formed, fully functioning applications on your Mac or PC. It also also allows 'organic' shaped programs - no longer are your apps restricted to a rectangular window - they can be any shape.
Zinc also allows Flash content to be used as apps for Pocket PCs.

Flash is a great at handling 'flat' animation - 2D, you might call it. Swift takes things to the third dimension.
We're 3rd generation Swift 3D builders, so talk to us if you have a 3D web project.
And perhaps even more interesting in the longer term is mobile devices. More and more mobile phones are able to play Flash content. To accomodate the smaller screen and lower processing power of mobiles, the implementation of Flash is less complete than for PCs and Macs. But it's still very capable. One of the things that we haven't done yet, but are keen to find a partner in, is developing content for mobiles. So if you've got a project that includes delivery Flash to mobile phones, we'd love to hear from you.
